Couples Therapy

“The quality of our relationship determines the quality of our lives.” - Esther Perel

I love working with relationships because there’s so much potential for movement and growth. We’ll explore and identify the places you’re getting stuck to create meaningful change and a more satisfying relationship.  I’ll use principles of both DEEP and Relational Life Therapy in our work together so you can more deeply understand yourself, your partner(s), and better navigate the complexities of your relationship.

Areas of Interest:

  • Rediscovering Each Other: If your partner is discovering new information about their gender or sexuality, it can be very exciting and also may bring up a mix of feelings and uncertainty. I provide a supportive space to explore these discoveries and changes together, fostering empathy and understanding.

  • Navigating Neurodivergent Dynamics: We’ll explore the unique challenges and strengths in your relationship so you can understand each other and work together better.

  • Queer Couples Trying to Conceive: The journey to parenthood can bring both excitement and stress. There are extra challenges you may be experiencing as a queer couple, such as accessing reproductive services, locating suitable options for egg or sperm donation, managing social stigma, and more. I’m here to support you through the emotional ups and downs as you navigate this process together.

  • Polyamorous Relationships: Whether you’re currently in a poly relationship or considering non-monogamy, I offer support to help you build strong connections and address challenges that may arise.

Therapy for Therapists

Being a therapist can be tough, huh? You’re holding space for others’ trauma while also navigating your own personal challenges. It can get a little, well, heavy. And it can be so beautiful and amazing to witness and hold space for others while they grow, change, and heal. That’s the duality of our work, there’s the heaviness and the lightness and everything in between. In our work together, we’ll be doing individual therapy with the added awareness of your unique role as a therapist. You’ll have a space where you don’t have to be the therapist and you can just be. Be messy, be free, be however you need to be so you can show up more fully for yourself, your loved ones, and your clients.

Therapy for Transitions

In over a decade of supporting trans and non-binary clients, I've discovered a deep passion for holding space during all kinds of transitions. Whether you're navigating career shifts, significant life changes (perimenopause, anyone?), or transformations in relationships and identity, let’s journey through it together. Every transition is unique, and I’ll create a safe, compassionate container for you to explore and grow.
